Rooms for Rent is not a standard real estate agent. We only rent out or own properties to assure you of a safe and great stay in The Hague. Because we do not rent out properties of other investors 100% of our listings fulfill the Rooms for Rent requirements.

All prices are including an advanced payment for utility usage. Next to that, Rooms for Rent is against contract costs and platform fees.
We offer rooms and studios for students and young professionals. It’s also possible to start with a co-living contract with your friends. You can rent a complete apartment for you and your friends.
Most of our rooms and studios are furnished. However, we also offer some unfurnished rooms in case you have your own furniture.
